Robert C. Larson, Chairman
Robert C. Larson is a principal and non-executive chairman of LRG. He is also a managing director of Lazard Alternative Investments, LLC, and chairman of Lazard Real Estate Partners, LLC. Lazard provides global financial services to corporations, partnerships, institutions, governments and individuals. In addition, Larson serves as a director of several corporate boards, including InterContinental Hotels Group and PLC, a global hospitality company based in London. Mr. Larson also led the nation’s premier retail real estate company, The Taubman Company, for more than two decades. In his present position, Mr. Larson has overall responsibility for the activities of the Foundation.

Eric B. Larson, President and CEO
Eric B. Larson is the founder, president, and chief executive officer of Larson Realty Group, where he is responsible for acquisitions and new development strategy for the Fund. Prior to establishing Larson Realty Group in May 1999, Larson was a vice president/project officer at Hines Interest Partnerships (“Hines”), a privately-owned, full- service international real estate company. He managed a staff of 140 at the Hines Detroit office, as well as the corporation's advisory relationship with General Motors Corporation. Mr. Larson serves as Chairman of the Urban Land Institute’s Detroit District Council and as a director of the Detroit Downtown Partnership.

Cari L. Easterday, Director of Finance
Cari Easterday is responsible for finance, reporting and investor relations for the Fund. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing the property accounting standards, procedures and systems used for property administration. She oversees the day-to-day accounting operations, reviews the budget, prepares the operating expense projections and reconciliations, provides cash flow analysis and oversees all monthly, quarterly and annual reports for Larson Realty Group. Prior to joining Larson Realty Group in 2002, Ms. Easterday held several positions at the New York-based real estate company of Bruce S. Brickman & Associates, Inc., including the position of controller until April, 2001.

Steven M. Johnson, Vice President
Steve Johnson is responsible for asset management and leasing activities for the Fund. Mr. Johnson brings a depth of knowledge about tenants, suppliers and local market conditions to the Fund. Over the years, he has accumulated a wide range of unique and diverse set of experiences throughout the Midwest and Southeast United States. Mr. Johnson began his career as an assistant property manager at the U.S. Bank in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 1995, Mr. Johnson joined Hines where he served in several different capacities during his 10-year tenure, including Group Property Manager, where he was responsible for operation and asset management for properties in Miami and Coral Gables, Florida. In 2005, Mr. Johnson joined Larson Realty Group.

Matthew M. Robertson, Project Manager
Matt Robertson is responsible for overseeing the development and construction activities for the Fund. Mr. Robertson Mr. Robertson brings a progressive approach with a strong understanding of trades, architects, engineers, public officials, vendors, tenants and clients. He is well-versed in all aspects of design-build, negotiated and lump sum contracts, contract negotiations, project costs, document preparation, building code review, permitting, site management and sustainable development practices. From 1996-2005, Mr. Robertson was a project manager with JM Olson Corporation, one of Michigan's largest general contractors. During his tenure, he was responsible for the planning, oversight and management of commercial construction projects for more that 3.5 million square feet of development.

David G. Grabowski, Director of Engineering
Mr. Grabowski is responsible for building engineering operations and environmental quality standards for the Fund. Prior to joining Larson Realty Group, Mr. Grabowski held the position of First Grade Engineer at Hines from 1992-2003. During his tenure, Mr. Grabowski was responsible for primary central plan operations, preventative maintenance, maintenance of the mechanical and physical facilities, equipment repairs, service calls, water treatment, in-service train and supervision of tenant renovations. Mr. Grabowski also scheduled contract services, and was responsible for ordering and purchasing all equipment and materials.
